Yet another Stage One major milestone is reaching completion at SKY Residences with the removal of scaffolding underway. The external facade is looking incredible, yet it's the views we're seeing from the apartments and the SKY Lounge that are really catching our eye. Again Newcastle has outperformed all the major capitals in terms of property value growth. Corelogic reported in August that apartment prices in Newcastle have jumped 18.2 percent in the past year.*
In Stage One only 9 apartments remain. The team are putting the final touches on the main Hunter Street entrance and lobby atrium. Apartments are complete up to Level Thirteen with the remainder in various stages of completion. With the scaffold down the SKY Lounge is really coming together, there truly is no other residential facilities like these anywhere in the region.
The team are flying on the structural build of Stage Two. Level Five is ready to be poured in the coming week. Scaffold top up commenced and form work starting for level 6 will follow swiftly. The team are still on track for a mid 2022 complete.
