As co-founder of GWH, Grahame remains actively involved in overseeing the management of the business.

During his 30 years in the industry, Grahame has worked in every facet of building and construction, including Site Supervisor, Project Manager, Construction Manager and Managing Director. As a result, Grahame understands both contractors’ and owners’ perspectives, enabling him to deliver unsurpassed service and solutions to his clients.

Outside of GWH, Grahame is a passionate community supporter and contributor. He is heavily involved in volunteering for the NSW Rural Fire Service and many other community organisations and is committed to ensuring his companies are exemplary corporate citizens.

Jonathan joined GWH in 1997 and has been Managing Director since 2003. A co-owner of GWH, he holds a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) from the University of Newcastle.

Using his 25 years of experience in property development and construction, Jonathan oversees every aspect of GWH's activities. These include maintaining relationships with property end users, identifying, acquiring and developing property to meet end-user specifications, managing procurement and construction activities, and financing of development projects via both debt and equity.

Jonathan is responsible for all major projects completed by GWH.

Hilton co-founded GWH in 1995 and remains actively involved in the company's activities. He has been involved in commercial and industrial developments in the Hunter region since 1975 and has extensive interests in the development of light industrial estates in the Lower Hunter.

Outside of GWH, Hilton's broad business interests include ready-mixed concrete, quarrying, hardware, concrete masonry and pipes, irrigation, steel fabrication, plant hire, residential building, motor dealerships and travel.
