Construction continues to progress well at Sky Residences as, despite the wet weather and minor material delivery delays, the construction teams continue to forge ahead on the stage two apartments.
At this stage, the team remain on track for completion of construction in Winter 2022.
Externally, the stage two façade was revealed to the city in recent weeks, with scaffold removed on both the Northern and Southern faces of the building.
Apartments located on level’s two and three have now been completed, with the construction and development teams already completing their initial inspections. Whilst up above on level four, apartment fitouts are almost complete.
Level five and six apartments are in the midst of bathroom and kitchen fitouts with the construction teams working hard to progress these towards completion.
On the upper floors, apartments located on level’s seven, eight and nine are currently in various stages of framing, sheeting, spraying and flooring installation works.
