Following our commercial success with BP and Guzman y Gomez in Warners Bay,
GWH are back in Belmont with our latest commercial development. The prominent 2,790m² site on the Pacific Highway will soon be home to a Metro Service Station with Subway Restaurant and a standalone Guzman y Gomez with drive through.
Already well into construction, this commercial project is set to be completed over four stages;
The GWH construction team have wasted no time following the demolition of the existing site in August 2021. Early groundworks and the panel installation for the Metro Service Station are already completed. Along with ourselves, construction of this project will include all companies from within the Hunter Construction Group.
We are aiming for completion in early 2022.
