There continues to be plenty of action in the Newcastle property market. Corelogic reported the typical house price in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie jumped 21.3% in the past 12 months. This annual growth means Newcastle outperformed all the other capitals and territories over the same period*.
In Stage One only 13 apartments remain. With the structural build now complete the Hunter Street and SKY Tower buildings are scheduled to be completed by Spring this year. Residents will be moving in before the New Year!
Stage Two is now 65% sold and construction is well under way. Already at Level Two the GWH construction team are aiming for structural completion by the end of 2021. Residents can be expecting to move into their new homes by Winter of 2022.
