The first group of happy purchasers have begun to move into Sky Residences over the last few days as our first batch of Stage One settlements were completed.
The GWH/RE team were delighted to be able to hand over the keys to a number of stage one purchasers whose settlements were successfully completed last week.
It’s been an incredible journey to get to this point, with groundworks beginning on Sky Residences back in late 2019, structural top-out occurring in mid-2021 and reception of an Occupational Certificate achieved just prior to Christmas 2021.
Completion of Stage One of Sky Residences also marks a significant milestone for GWH, with the company successfully surpassing 600 homes built for residents within our extensive neighbourhood over the last five years. That’s building for life.
These happy purchasers now have access to the incredible communal facilities that Sky Residences has to offer, including the Gym, Pool and Sky Lounge.
We can’t wait to see all Sky Residences purchasers enjoying the incredible space that our team have worked so hard to create!
