It's been a little while since our last update, but plenty of work has been completed onsite. The major Hunter Water sewer upgrade and civil work along King St and through our site is now complete and will provide better access and capacity for sewage treatment for the growing community. This brings to an end our early works program and the team will move onto the structural construction in the coming weeks.
The GWH team has begun preparing the site for the upcoming arrival of the Piling Rig expected in mid-June, with piling expected to take three months. The project’s progress has resulted in the establishment of site offices and amenities, catering to the expected influx of approximately 120 workers at the peak of construction. ONE Apartments will usher in a new era of modern living - setting the standard high for the Newcastle community and beyond.
