Construction for Georgetown's newest development, CREST, is well underway with the team hard at work completing the bulk excavation works.
Over the coming weeks, over 1000 tonnes of excess material will be removed from site and disposed of to a licensed facility. Following the excavation works, the team will move onto the next phase, which will involve installing over 100 concrete piles between depths of 6-9m to form the foundation for the building. The team will then start on strip footings and pile caps before pouring the slab on ground. A tower crane is set to be erected in August.

Recently, the ASP1 works were carried out, including the installation of two new telegraph poles that will allow the high and low voltage power lines to go underground. With all this progress, CREST will soon be ready to welcome its newest residents.
