MYHQ by GWH - Morisset nears completion

Base yourself were it's best for business with June completion.

Our MYHQ development in Morisset has been a hive of activity since starting early 2024 and is very rapidly nearing completion. The Kalef Avenue site consists of 11 individual units, over two separate buildings.

The construction team has been able to progress so effectively by utilising our vertically integrated partnerships within the Hunter Group and doing things The GWH Way. The sites fabricated frames (Hunter Structural Steel) and precast panels (Hunter Precast) were all delivered ahead of schedule. This was closely followed by the wall sheeting, flashings, guttering and the internal slabs. Building One has roller doors and windows installed and bathroom linings and tiling complete. Framing and services rough in are being completed in building two. This June we’ll see MYHQ Morisset complete.


  • Painting and joinery to units of Building One
  • Roller doors & windows to Building Two
  • Internal linings, waterproofing and tiling to bathrooms in Building Two
  • Finish external stormwater and sewer
  • Commence pouring external driveway areas
