Flexible living spaces a big focus in Stage Two

This month we announced a Stage Two Release in SKY Residences, officially placing the King St building on the market.

Differentiating themselves from other apartments available within SKY Residences many apartments, including the one beds, feature flexible living areas perfectly suited to a dedicated office or study space.

The inclusion of these flexible living spaces provides residents the opportunity to set up a dedicated working area that’s not the kitchen bench or a bedroom. Being a new build, all apartments include fibre to the premises which will reach expected speeds of up to 1Gps. Together with FREE WIFI in all the common areas including; the pool deck and the rooftop areas, residents can work from their home, by the pool or on the 19th floor rooftop terrace.

“Since SKY Residences came onto the market so much has changed in terms of peoples living and working environments. We’re in the midst of a global pandemic and Newcastle is experiencing record low vacancy rates. This is reflective of people being able to relocate to regional capitals now their working environments have changed”.

GWH Sales Manager – Sam Kolatchew
