Construction commences at ONE Apartments

On Friday 5th August GWH officially commenced construction of Newcastle’s newest residential development ONE Apartments, with the commencement of early earthworks and demolition of the existing site.

Designed by renowned global architects Marchese partners and locals CKDS, One Apartments are centrally located at 1 National Park, Newcastle West. The brand-new twin-tower (22 & 19 Stories) development offers 193 one, two and three-bedroom, luxury apartments with market-leading floorplate sizes, backed by one-of-a-kind residential facilities aimed directly at quality of life for residents.

GWH will utilise the same construction team which delivered the recently completed SKY Residences. Early works are scheduled to take 6 months with demolition of the existing site to continue through August & September, followed by grouting of underground mine workings, services relocations and upgrades. Structural piling & inground works will commence early 2023.

Following the successful completion of SKY Residences, GWH officially launched ONE Apartments to market mid June 2022, after an earlier ‘expression of interest’ campaign. From the outset we've had  strong interest in the project, especially with purchasers from other GWH developments. This has lead to over one third of Stage One being sold in the first 8 weeks on market.
