Just 11 months from beginning construction at 121Elder, GWH has now welcomed all purchasers into their new apartments on Lambton's high Street.
121Elder’s design saw GWH construct our most boutique residential development, a design that incorporated layouts designed to maximise space, natural light and ensure privacy and liveability. 15 apartments of 11 different floorplans and layouts, offering unique options to suit varying desires and needs. All with high level internal finishes and fittings throughout, complementing the appealing exterior that integrates into the village of Elder Street.
The façade design features a combination of external construction materials, including precast concrete, feature brickwork, glass and aluminium, creating depth with the architectural lines of the structure.
“Our team has received feedback from locals that 121Elder has exceeded expectation, incredible feedback from a community of locals who treasure where they live.”
Community is at the core of 121Elder, offering convenience, security, a sense of luxury and a lifestyle second to none on your doorstep, GWH’s boutique residential development integrates seamlessly into the community focused village.
Demolition began in the first quarter of 2019, with construction kicking off mid-year. From commencement of construction it took 11 months, 30 tonnes of structural steel, 79 precast concrete panels, 730 cubes of poured concrete and countless hours delivered by GWH and 33 of our preferred partners to see 121Elder is complete.
A year that has seen unprecedented times, alongside 121Elder, GWH has also completed our tallest residential multistorey development Highpoint and our contract build for Evolve Housing, delivering over 110 new homes, in a time when home means so much more.
