Delivered by GWH Build, Highpoint represents the largest and tallest multi-storey project completed in GWH’s 25-year history. Construction commenced in May 2018 with demolition and excavation of the three-level basement, followed by the delivery of 18 suspended slabs culminating in the rooftop terrace slab in late 2019.
The first slab on ground was poured in December 2018, with the structure progressing at an average rate of one completed slab every 10 days. The build incorporated approximately 3,500 cubic metres of concrete, supported by 276 tonnes of structural steel and 476 precast concrete panels, delivered through GWH’s integrated construction capability and supply chain.
During construction, the project injected more than $20 million into the local economy and reached completion in early 2020, reinforcing GWH’s proven ability to deliver complex vertical residential developments with discipline, certainty and scale.
