Design and construct project, 62 Camfield Drive, Heatherbrae has recently achieved the O/C.
The eight unit's range between 69m2 - 267m2 and feature a full concrete tilt panel construction, along with commercial style shop front glazing, NBN connectivity with kitchen and bathroom amenities. Select units also feature additional mezzanine levels providing additional space. The clear span, high clearance warehouse/workshop areas will include LED high-bay lighting and are accessible via a large automated roller door.
Successful completion of the project is another great example of GWH’s end-to-end capabilities. Developed, designed, and constructed by GWH internal teams and Hunter Construction Group.
