We are proud to announce the team has received the occupation certificate on our design and construct job for returning client, Electrodry. Our second storage facility in two years, the completed job includes 570 storage units and 62 purpose built wine storage lockers. This Steel River project has been possible due to the huge amount of hard work put in by multiple teams.
The Electrodry complex offers four storeys of storage spaces and office suites located at the front. Completed within 10.5 months, the Electrodry facility offers a steel framed roof structure, PT suspended decks and the use of structural precast for all vertical load bearing elements. Wine storage and cooling room facilities are also available within the industrial build.
The GWH team worked hard alongside our Hunter Construction Group companies and a network of preferred partners to ensure the completion of the project. A big thank you to the site team, internal design teams and the Hunter Construction group teams.
