ONE Apartments November Construction Update

We continue to celebrate "firsts" at ONE Apartments. With the first concrete slab on the ground level poured and the first precast panel installed.

As we move toward Christmas, we have completed seven different ground-level pours and installed external car park structural panels, structural columns and fire escape passages.

To reach this point, the dedicated steel fixer teams installed over 300 tonnes of steel in the ground as footings to provide a safe, robust development built on solid foundations.

Hear from Project Manager Bradley Aldous and GWH/RE Licensee in Charge Peter Kunov for an exclusive update on the latest progress. From steel installations to the rising walls, get an insider's look at the remarkable journey of ONE Apartments.
