Level by level, we made it to the top!
We started the year on Level 14 on the south tower, and Level 12 on the north. We are now at the top on Level 22 for the south and Level 20 for the north. This major milestone was achieved with around 20,000 cubic metres of concrete, 1,200 tonnes of steel, and a huge effort by the team.

WHAT’S HAPPENING ONSITE:
- Structure is now complete for both towers
- The rooftop has been poured on Level 22 of the South Tower and Level 20 of the North Tower
- Glazing installed to the commercial suites on the ground floor
- Apartments up to Levels 6 and 7 are near completion
- Joinery has been installed in units on Levels 11 and 12
- Wall framing is complete up to Levels 18, 19, and 20
- Communal areas on Level 4, including the gym, cinema, steam room, and other amenities, have been framed, plastered, and painted
- Rooftop works are about to commence.
WHAT’S COMING UP NEXT ONSITE:
- Rooftop fit-outs will begin on both towers
- Dismantling of the tower cranes will commence
- Scaffold removal will begin across both towers
- The building will start to be “unwrapped” as the scaffold comes down, revealing a new feature on the Newcastle skyline
- The project remains on track for completion in 2025.
