Our latest Design and Construct project located within the Steel River estate has received its Occupation Certificate. Located at 8 Spit Island Close, the development completed for returning client Cubbyhole is situated on a 7215m2 block and consists of 76 micro-units, ranging in size from 21.52m2 - 37.78m2, offering a contemporary work-store environment.
Located on the banks of the Hunter River, the importance of creating a safe environment for owners to connect with clients was at the forefront of the design process. A contemporary feel was created through the choice of precast concrete walls featuring bullet-hole detailing and a modern landscape design. With the project completed within 9 months, a big thank you is in order to all teams involved for the successful completion of the site.
