Not to be underestimated, this was a huge undertaking which included a major stormwater culvert relocation, piling excavation and the removal of kilometres of disused power cabling.
With the building’s footings almost complete and our tower crane installed, site establishment is almost finished. Currently the team are busy with drainage and plumbing in preparation for the lower and upper ground floors to be poured at the end of the month.
We’ve recently signed new tenant who will take over the ground floor café and kiosk activating the public plaza upon completion. Couple this with easy access to the harbour and quality end of trip facilities this A- Grade office building already has a number of leased spaces with tenants eager to move in. It’s fantastic to be finally bringing to life a long disused site in the heart of town.
We still have spaces available from 200sqm to contiguous whole floors of 1,600sqm.
