July has seen the completion of Level 3, the first of the office levels with Level 4 due to be poured in early August. Due to the layout of the site and the size of these floors each level is poured over two stages.
With the lower levels taking shape we’ve had our first glimpse of the double height lobby, adjoining café and bar area along with the market leading End-of-Trip facilities, bike and surfboard storage areas. There is nothing like this anywhere in Newcastle. CLICK HERE TO SEE
For the public, a staged removal of external formwork has revealed how the buildings architecture will integrate with the end of Darby Street. The unique building line will provide a view corridor and public access link to the Honeysuckle foreshore creating connectivity between city and harbour.
