Construction Commences at CREST Georgetown

42 Georgetown Rd, Georgetown is set to be the new home of GWH’s latest residential development, CREST Georgetown. 

Now under construction this boutique development will feature 23 beautifully appointed apartments giving residents the opportunity to experience sophisticated apartments living in a warm community with a lively urban village. With current demolition works set to be completed by early next week, the team are expecting to move on site towards the end of march. They will then proceed with earthworks, bored piers, footings and pouring the slab on the ground.

The team expects that by June 2023 work on the structure will have commenced with an estimated top-out into the end of the third quarter of 2023. With everything going to plan, the team are aiming for completion in the first quarter of 2024.
