Jonathan Craig

Jonathan joined GWH in 1997 and has been Managing Director since 2003. A co-owner of GWH, he holds a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) from the University of Newcastle.

Using his 25 years of experience in property development and construction, Jonathan oversees every aspect of GWH’s activities. These include maintaining relationships with property end users, identifying, acquiring and developing property to meet end-user specifications, managing procurement and construction activities, and financing of development projects via both debt and equity.

Jonathan is responsible for all major projects completed by GWH.
