

MYHQ Morisset was developed by GWH to deliver a modern, purpose-built commercial estate responding to strong demand for flexible workspace in the Lake Macquarie region.
Located within the Morisset Business Park and zoned E4 General Industrial, the development comprises a collection of strata-titled units ranging from approximately 69m² to 333m², designed to suit owner-occupiers, small businesses and investors.
Units offer generous internal clearances, automatic roller doors, glazed entry doors and optional mezzanine configurations, supported by wide driveway access and abundant on-site parking.
Positioned close to the M1 Pacific Motorway, MYHQ provides efficient regional connectivity while offering a contemporary alternative to ageing industrial stock within a growing commercial precinct.

Delivered by GWH, MYHQ Morisset was constructed as a two-building development requiring coordinated delivery across structure, services and external works.
Fabricated steel frames supplied by Hunter Structural Steel, precast concrete panels from Hunter Precast, and aluminium roller doors and glazing manufactured by Hunter Windows formed the core of the build. Heavy-duty internal slabs, stormwater and sewer infrastructure and new driveway areas were delivered to support long-term operational use.
Delivered through GWH’s vertically integrated Hunter Construction Group, the project demonstrates disciplined execution and quality control across a smaller-scale commercial development.
