GWH has enhanced the specification at Tempo and Solace at Cambridge Quarter, with double-glazed Low-E insulated glazing included throughout all apartment glazing.

At Tempo and Solace, considered building inclusions have been selected to enhance liveability, thermal performance and year-round comfort.

Double-glazed Low-E insulated glazing will be included throughout all apartment glazing. Each sealed insulated glazing unit combines two panes of glass, with one pane featuring a specialised Low-E coating designed to reduce heat transfer through the glass.

This helps maintain more comfortable internal temperatures across the seasons while supporting the overall energy performance of each apartment.
