Yancoal Australia - Stratford 

Yancoal Australia engaged GWH for a turn-key project to overhall and upgrade infastructure areas and provide disability access at their Gloucester mine. 

GWH designed and constructed new - two bay workshop, vehicle wash bay facilities, vehicle maintenance workshop, stores and maintenance service areas. The contract also included the refurbishment of existing service bays, new concrete aprons, jacking pads and truck tyre changing facilities. Access upgrades to the existing bath house, administration and staff facilities were also applied.

Service upgrades to sewer, water, electrical and fire services to all new and existing buildings was also a requirement.
