Handling the design and construction, GWH developed this 90 place purpose built child care facility and leased to ASX listed child care provider, G8 Child Care.
The building has been purposfully designed to utilise GWH's group of companies (Hunter Precast, Hunter Structural Steel, Frontline Aluminium) and blends a mix of textured concrete precast panels with light weight cladding and aluminium framed glass windows and doors. The combination of materials allows for significant natural light and ventilation. Internally the building is a tenant specific fit-out for a modern childcare facility which includes a fully equipped kitchen, art studio and modern outdoor play area.
