Developed and built by GWH for our client The Hive Academy, this project encompasses all of GWH assets. We worked side by side with the client from initial concept, through the entire design process, council approvals and then construction. This truly is a unique, bespoke development located in the heart of Morisset business park, offering an incredible opportunity for growth and success.

The Hive Academy
The site consists of two independent buildings, home to The Hive Academy childcare and Coastal Commercial Flooring. Hive operating across two adjoining buildings, the front of which is two storeys providing an expansive, upstairs multipurpose hall, staff break out room and boardroom. Hive's two adjoining building incorporates an Oosh facility and 5 classrooms allowing them a combined capacity of 143 placements. The centre also entails 4 independent outdoor play areas, design for varying age and capability levels. Whilst Coastal Commercial Flooring encompasses front of house office and retail space, a mezzanine office and large warehouse storage.
