GWH was contracted by our client to design and construct this industrial unit complex located within the Shearwater Business Park at Taylors Beach.
The development contains 13 industrial units spanning in size from 121m2 – 160m2, with each containing disabled bathroom amenities and a kitchenette.
This project is a great showcase of the capabilities and expertise we’re able to provide through the full design and construct development process.
Our internal design teams worked with the client to come up with a design solution that satisfied their requirements, before assisting the client through the approvals process.
Following the required approvals being granted, our construction team began work on the 3764m2 site. Utilising the expertise of Hunter Construction Group and our network of preferred partners, we were able to finalise construction of the 13 unit, 1719m2 development in approximately six months.
