Construction Updates

Construction at 9 King Street Warners Bay is continuing to schedule with expected completion toward the end of June.

Currently, the BP Service Centre building is structurally complete, with fitout set to begin any day. 30-40% of the external concrete pour has been completed, with BP's bowser area slab poured with canopy install complete.

The Guzman y Gomez building has seen in the recent weeks the rough in of slab services and the slab itself poured. Throughout April, structural panels and steel will be installed, with roofing completing the structure by early May. 

The third building, our retail and commercial opportunity, by mid-April will see the final installation of Structural steel, concrete panels and roofing.
